Cameo

I was asked by an old friend Laura, who works within the marketing department of fashion brand Lacoste, if I would like to appear in their new campaign designed to get ordinary folks like you and me, to show of how we wear Lacoste. Naturally I jumped at the chance. The only problem was... we were shooting the new Autumn/Winter collection...and it happened to be the hottest day of the year in London. Still.. anything for a friend!

Cheap Monday

Monday night and the Disorder team were cordially invited by our friends at Cheap Monday to attend the after show part of their launch in Selfridges department store.
The evening was set in an amazing building just off Brick Lane, East London. Lots of fun was had by all.. perhaps a little too much by myself. A northerner and free booze doesnt mix well.
Best of all there was a cool little photobooth for all to enjoy.

A Brief Encounter With...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the menswear designer Asger Juel Larsen. His designs reflect the tough times we are all going through at the moment. I hate doom and gloom, but I love it in fashion.
Disorder Magazine has started doing monthly designer profiles for our online readers, 'A Brief Encounter With...'
I was lucky enough to do the styling to accompany the interview, which was done by my friend and previous Disorder employee, Russell Arkinstall.
Check out Asgers words of wisdom below accompanied with my photoshoot and a few behind the scenes images.

p.s. Working on a roof terrace when I'm afraid of heights? Bad idea Jordan. Bad idea.

The Mayhem Approaches...

Highlight of fashion week- Star Spotting.

London Fashion Week is fast around the corner!
Last February was when I lost my fashion week virginity. Long hours. Lots of alcohol. Hilarious characters.
This coming fashion week I will be doing coverage on behalf of the magazine. I cant wait to get back to the mayhem and check out the latest collections from the best of London talent.
Obvz I'l be getting lots of sneak peak images too!

Time flies when your having fun..

I've been at the magazine now nearly 8 months. In that time I've had the opportunity to style quite a few shoots. Most of my days are spent organising, and contacting PR's.. email after email.

The 1st ever shoot I done for the magazine was for the brands Boxfresh and Miss Sixty. I've always been a fan of Boxfresh anyway, so working with their latest collection was great.

They always say that work improves with time, but for a first shoot, I dont think it aint half bad.
